Material World - Aircraft Aluminum

Squatch Crushers are CNC machined from solid bars of 6061 Aircraft Aluminum. After leaving the machines, parts are tumbled for 30 minutes in a critical acidic solution and media that both etches the parts and work hardens the outer layer, while leaving all surfaces free of debris and burs.

The final step before assembly is anodization. That’s right, every piece is clear anodized just like the parts you see under the hood of your favorite NASCAR, dragster, or super-stock funny car. Anodizing Aluminum helps protect the material from corrosion and oxidation, keeping it looking good for years down the road.

There are many ways to get the job done when it comes to making parts. When it comes to building Squatch USA Crushers...we choose the best!!
